ODR Notice
This so-called ODR regulation (Online Dispute Resolution) aims to create an independent, impartial, transparent, effective, fast and fair out-of-court possibility to settle disputes. These disputes may arise from the cross-border online sale of goods or provision of services throughout the EU.
The objective of this Regulation is to be achieved by establishing an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at EU level and regulating cooperation with national Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies.
